Radyo Natin is the biggest radio network in the Philippines. Composed of 100 stations strategically across the nation, Radyo Natin is able to reach audiences that has never been reached before by another radio station.
Although Radyo Natin is found in the FM band, Radyo Natin, in the mornings hook up with Manila Broadcasting Company's flagship station, DZRH, to offer its listeners the information they need about the country's situation.
In the afternoons, on regular programming, Radyo Natin swings to being a music station which offers the latest and biggest hits of the country. And in evenings, it aired Ang Dating Daan, a religious program hosted by tele-evangelist Eliseo Soriano.
With central studios found at the MBC Building within the Star City Complex in Pasay, Radyo Natin sends its signals to its 100 stations by using state of the art satellite technology. These 100 stations then broadcast their signals to their respective areas of responsibility.
These individual Radyo Natin stations can, however, "unhook" from the Manila central studios and air events of their own localities on special specified hours, thus, Radyo Natin is nationwide in coverage, yet local in nature.
In 2005 a Show Cause Order containing a cease and desist directive from the commissioner of National Telecommunications Commission was issued to Radyo Natin, forcing a closure of the all radio station from its operation.
In the order against Manila Broadcasting Company, NTC Commissioner Ronald Olivar Solis said that the company is "operating a low power FM station as a commercial broadcasting station without the necessary authority from the Commission.
